Whether by bike along the 166 km long Eder cycle path or on foot on one of the 24 certified premium hiking trails of the Burgwald-Ederbergland hiking fairytale. From April to October, we invite you to a free guided tour of the old town on Saturdays at 10.30 am. The starting point is in front of the Kump at the historic town hall on the Obermarkt, registration is not necessary.

Every Saturday, the weekly country women's market takes place in Frankenberg's historic half-timbered town hall, which is one of the most beautiful in the whole of Germany. The ambience and the offer are unique!
