Due to lucky circumstances, police officer Stefan discovers the counterfeiting workshop of the Luceat duo. The policeman was actually on the trail of another crime when Inspector Chance led him to a certain object. For years, the criminal duo had been professionally copying works of art by renowned artists in a dilapidated half-timbered house in Dellbrücke Street and selling them worldwide. It must have been lucrative, because a very considerable amount of cash and numerous
gold bars were found in the house.
During the raid, the police were also able to arrest one of the two counterfeiters on the spot. The other is on the run! The arrested counterfeiter won't say anything, except that there is an original among the works of art found. He won't reveal which one it is. The counterfeiter doesn't even respond to the police officer's energetic questions - he doesn't understand: instead, he sticks out his tongue. What a rogue!
The policeman Stefan is no art expert, but he recognizes the works. They are all by Philipp Soldan. But which work of art is the original?
